FAQ from International Customers

Can I get my ordered glasses on the day?

The time required to make glasses varies depending on the type and strength of the lenses.

If the lenses you ordered for your strength are in stock at a store, you can receive your glasses on the same day.

* The time it takes to deliver glasses depends on the congestion.

*In the case of optional lenses or special-order lenses, it will take around ten days to deliver.

Can I order glasses on my prescription?

As long as your prescription strength is within the range of our lens types and strengths, we can make glasses based on your prescription.

Please bring your prescription and tell our store staff that you want to make glasses on your prescription when you make your reception at a store.

Can I order glasses with bifocal or progressive lenses?

Bifocal or progressive glasses additionally cost ¥5,500 (tax-in) on a frame set price and take around ten days to deliver.

* During peak periods, delivery times may take up to two weeks.

* Bifocal or progressive glasses are only available at stores. When shopping for bifocal or progressive glasses in our online store, you can receive the glasses by presenting a progressive lens exchange ticket to our store staff after selecting the “Progressive Lens Exchange Ticket” option on the website.

Please check here for more details. The lens guide is written in Japanese.

Can I pick up my ordered glasses anywhere other than the store where I purchased them?

It is not possible to pick up your glasses at a different store than the one of purchase. If same-day pickup is unavailable at the store of purchase, you have the option to have your glasses shipped to a specified address in Japan, with shipping costs applied.

Please inquire with a store staff during your purchase.

In the event of defects in my ordered glasses, can you arrange international shipping for replacement?

We do not arrange international shipping for replacements due to regulatory constraints, as glasses are classified as medical devices.

To replace your glasses, please bring them to the store where you purchased them directly within the warranty period.
